Retail Sales Shipping Charges

Delivery charges will be included with your online payment.

Delivery Timing's for Orders Placed on the Weekend

Orders placed before 11am on Thursday will be delivered on Friday.

Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered on Monday

Orders Placed after 11am on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday

USA & Export Orders, please allow 2 -3 extra working days to these times

International Orders

International orders may be subject to an import Duty & possible Sales tax at point of entry; these charges are the purchasers liability and must be paid by the purchaser.

Order Amendments or Cancellation

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of your order and as a result we may not be able to cancel your shipment before it has been despatched.

Method of Payment

We accept payments by the following methods:

Visa or MasterCard credit cards
Swift bank transfers.
A UK pounds Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank
A US dollar cheque is accepted for US Dollar Invoices

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.



Goods Delivered Damaged or Faulty

Goods delivered in a damaged state or faulty in some other way should be carefully repacked and forwarded to the address below. If you are an American Trade client, please forward the item to your local representative.

You must notify us in writing within working 2 days of receipt of goods; claims will not be valid after this time.

The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage , negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the company's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without the company's approval.

Returns Policy (For Web Retail Sales Only)

We offer to you the assurance that if you are not completely satisfied with a product bought from our online store, then you will receive a full refund on receipt of the returned goods.

The only conditions are:

That both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.

Jewellery Returns Policy

Please check your jewellery on receipt. If you find it to be damaged in any way, do let us know within 5 days so that we can organise a replacement. You have up to 14 days after receipt of the jewellery to change your mind and let us know that you would like to return an item. Please note that earrings can neither be exchanged nor refunded for hygiene reasons. Please email us first to let us know of a return. Goods must be sent back unused, and in their original packaging to Addison Ross, Wooler Industrial Estate, Berwick Rd, Wooler, Northumberland, NE71 6AH. The parcel should be adequately insured as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You will receive a refund within 14 days.


The company shall not be liable to the customer or be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the company's obligations in relation to the goods or the service, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the company's reasonable control.
